Property Manager/Leasing Specialist

We have an immediate opening in the Las Vegas area for a Property Manager/Leasing Specialist. The Property Manager/Leasing Specialist will be primarily responsible for new tenant activity. This position is in charge of generating traffic, securing appointments, maximizing rentals and the renewal of leases with our existing clients.

The ideal candidate will be able to build and maintain strong working relationships within the local brokerage community and assist in the total leasing efforts. Other responsibilities of this position are to tour potential prospects through the available space(s) at our Las Vegas property, prepare weekly Activity Sheets, monitor existing leases, and gather market information weekly/monthly through telephone calls and competition property visits.

Required skills:

• MS Word Computer literacy
• 3 years’ transactional experience in commercial Real Estate Leasing and strong communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid drivers license
• Self-starter with desire to take on new challenges
