Leasing Associate
The STG Leasing Associate provides operational and administrative support for the business activities associated with the successful leasing and marketing of STG’s property portfolio. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting with the review, modification, and execution of lease documentation; supporting both on-site and market-wide property marketing efforts; managing real-time and planned communications with clients and prospects; and performing regular as well as ad hoc administrative tasks to ensure efficient leasing operations across an assigned property portfolio. This role may also support leasing activities across the broader STG portfolio as needed from time to time. Occasional travel to our out-of-state properties is required.
