About the Property
The subject property is located in the northernmost point of the Village of Lake Barrington, Illinois, adjacent to the intersection of Illinois Route 59 and Kelsey Road. The subject property 9.18-acre site is irregularly shaped with parcels one and two dividing the property in half along the front face of the strip center and bank buildings; parcel one encompasses both the bank and strip center buildings with the rear and west side parking areas, whereas parcel two encompasses the front parking area, Shoreline Drive, and part of the north green space. Parcel three includes the west street right-of-way for Shoreline Road, and parcel four contains the detention pond. Ingress into the subject property is from Illinois Route 59 and Shoreline Road. Shoreline Road lies east of the subject property and connects into Kelsey Road, but also connects the subject property’s entry drives at Shoreline Road and Illinois Route 59 as well as continuing into the west adjacent gated residential community.
