Management
The mission of our Property Management team is to add value to the properties by improving buildings and providing new amenities where possible. This includes upgrading building systems, making alterations to both aesthetics and image, strengthening existing tenant base, and attracting new tenants. These tasks are continually pursued with an end goal of tenant retention alongside extending the life of the building.
